I graduated from the University of California at Davis and I began my real estate career while still in college as a real estate assistant. I took the time to really learn the business before starting out on my own when I obtained my real estate license in 2004.

I grew up in the Santa Cruz area and have deep local knowledge of the different neighborhoods and areas. I attribute my success in Santa Cruz Real Estate to my hard work ethic, continuous education and strong negotiating skills. 

When I list a home for sale, I put my knowledge of technology and visual presentation to work.  I am an IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist) and I know how to expose your home to the greatest amount of people on the internet and make your property look its best online.
