I graduated from the University of California at Davis and I began my real estate career while still in college as a real estate assistant. I took the time to really learn the business before starting out on my own when I obtained my real estate license in 2004.

I grew up in the Santa Cruz area and have deep local knowledge of the different neighborhoods and areas. I attribute my success in Real Estate to my hard work ethic, continuous education and strong negotiating skills. Our current real estate market is one that no one has seen before and there are different aspects to it. I will use my knowledge to guide you through it; from short sales to bank owned homes, FHA loans and all cash sales. I love to work with first time home buyers and will explain the process to you step by step and help you find the best home for you.  

In working with sellers, I put my knowledge of technology and visual presentation to work.  I am an IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist) and I know how to expose your home to the greatest amount of people on the internet and make your property look its best online.  I also use traditional advertizing (magazine, newspaper, open houses) but I know that most buyers start their home search online and your home with have maximum exposure there.
